The hotel offers beautiful and clean rooms, although not entirely functional. Despite some flaws like no towel hanging spot and bathroom flooding due to the floor incline, the room was still very clean and comfortable. The service, although professional and friendly, had a mishap with a late arrival in a smoky car. The location is excellent for socializing and dining by the fire, close to historic highlights and a pretty park. Dining provides good quality, but the breakfast may not meet high expectations given the fruit options in Mexico. Overall, the facilities were good with some minor room issues holding back the experience.

I had a great stay at the hotel. The rooms were comfortable, quiet, and everything was in great condition. The only downside was the low water pressure in the showers, but overall, it was a nice experience. The location was decent for exploring the main sites in Puebla, but the air conditioning was loud. The staff was friendly and attentive, although there was a little confusion at the entrance. The dining experience offered good quality fresh fruit and juices, but there wasn't a continental option. The facilities were well-maintained and offered a nice atmosphere.
